Tennis Battle of The Bulldogs Goes To Centerville

first_imgThe Batesville Boy’s Varsity Tennis team lost to Centerville 4-1 on Tuesday.#1 Singes- Beau Brown was defeated by Craig Lair 4-6, 2-6#2 Singles- Ben Schwettman was defeated by Nolan Witte 0-6, 1-6#3 Singles- Spenver Rose was defeated by Skyler Benedict 0-6, 1-6#1 Doubles- Harsh Patel and Paul Ritter defeated Justyn North & Blake Shook 6-2, 6-3#2 Doubles- Jonathan Kunkel and Will Harmeyer were defeated by Josh Duke and Nathan Cheek 1-6, 0-6In JV action, Batesville won 4-1. Sam Giesting, Cooper Williams, and Lane Westerfeld won in singles. In doubles, Jacob Christie and Mitch Esser were winners.The Varsity is now 2-1 while the JV improves to 3-0.
