Harrogate-based Henshaws College has appointed Robert Astick as Campaign Director to head up a multi-million pound fundraising project.Robert will be heading a team of fundraisers with the aim of raising £7 million to upgrade the present residential facilities at the College. The development is due for completion in December 2006 and will offer purpose-built accommodation for wheelchair users and students with complex communication difficulties.Robert was previously a director at Compton International Fundraising, the not-for-profit fundraising consultancy. Responsible for a range of projects in Britain and Dublin, his past assignments have included a centre for the arts, hospitals, museums and educational establishments.
